Damaged charger cable - my charger cable was damaged, didn't want to buy a local charger. They replaced the cable. Very reasonable price 2. Charging cable: 2 years later, again damaged the charging cable. They repaired the cable and charging port in the laptop. Very reasonable price. 3. Laptop dead: My macbook pro 2014 Retina, switched off. Wasn't turning on. I thought, I'll have to buy a new one. Came here. They opened the laptop. I signed all the components with a marker. They took the motherboard for checking. Couldn't find the issue. Cleaned the board, attached back to the laptop. And guess what, it turned on. They charged me nothing. It was FREE OF COST. 4. 1 year later, laptop dead again: they checked the motherboard, the issue was in the supplies. They told me that the chances are 50-50. Left the laptop for 1 day. Next day I called, they had fixed the supplies. And it's working. Again reasonably priced. IT'S BETTER THAN THE APPLE SERVICE CENTER.
